Inviting someone

  1. Go to Workspace Settings → Team
  2. Enter the email address of the person you want to invite
  3. Select a role (Admin, Member, or Viewer)
  4. Click Send Invite
They’ll receive an email with a link to join. If they don’t have a Neolli account yet, they’ll be prompted to create one first.
The number of collaborators you can invite depends on your plan: 3 on Starter, 10 on Creator, unlimited on Pro. See Plans for details.

Pending invitations

Sent invitations appear under Pending Invitations until accepted. You can cancel a pending invite at any time.
Invitations expire after 7 days. If the recipient hasn’t accepted by then, you’ll need to send a new invitation.

Roles

When inviting someone, you choose their role. Roles control what actions they can take in the workspace:
  • Admin — Full access except billing and ownership transfer
  • Member — Can view, start jobs, and edit captions
  • Viewer — Read-only access to videos and captions

Credit sharing

All workspace members share the same credit balance. There are no per-seat credit allocations — credits are pooled at the workspace level. Any member with permission to start jobs can consume credits.

Removing a member

From the Team settings page, click the menu next to any member and select Remove. They’ll immediately lose access to the workspace and all its content.
