What are credits?

Credits are Neolli’s unit of usage. Every AI job — transcription, translation, and dubbing — costs credits based on the amount of content processed.
  • Transcription is charged per minute of audio
  • Translation is charged per 1,000 characters of source text, per language
  • Dubbing is charged per 1,000 characters of source text, per language
See Credit Costs for exact rates and a cost estimation example.

Where credits come from

Credits come from two sources:
  1. Subscription plan — Each plan includes a monthly credit allowance (15K–135K credits depending on plan). Plan credits refresh at the start of each billing cycle and do not roll over.
  2. Credit packs — One-time purchases (5K–50K credits) that never expire. Pack credits are used after your plan credits are exhausted each cycle.
New accounts receive 2,000 free welcome credits — no payment required. Welcome credits expire after 7 days if unused.

When are credits charged?

Credits are charged when a job starts processing. The charge is based on estimated content size.
If a job fails, credits are automatically refunded to your balance. You don’t need to contact support — refunds appear immediately in your credit history.

  • Pack credits remaining — From one-time purchases
  • Recent activity — Debits (job charges) and credits (refunds, pack purchases)

Getting more credits

Running low? You have two options:
  • Upgrade your plan — Get a larger monthly credit allowance. See Plans.
  • Buy a credit pack — One-time top-up that never expires. See Credit Packs.
