Neolli accepts most common video formats including MP4, MOV, MKV, AVI, and WebM. The maximum file size is 3 GB. For best results, use MP4 with H.264 encoding.
Neolli supports 10 languages for transcription, 30 languages for translation, and 10 languages for voice-cloned dubbing. See Supported Languages for the full matrix.
There is no hard limit on video length. Videos under 30 minutes process synchronously (1–3 minutes). Longer videos process asynchronously — you can close the browser and check back later.
No. Plan credits refresh at the start of each billing cycle and unused credits expire. Credit pack credits (one-time purchases) never expire.
New accounts receive 2,000 free credits — no payment required. Welcome credits expire after 7 days if unused. They’re enough to transcribe, translate, and dub a short video.
Yes. The caption editor lets you edit any caption track at any time. Edits are saved as a new version without overwriting the original. You can switch between versions anytime.
Voice cloning is supported for 10 languages: English, Chinese, Korean, Italian, Spanish, Portuguese, German, French, Japanese, and Russian. See Supported Languages for the full breakdown.
You can download SRT caption files, MP3 audio (merged with instrumental or dubbed-only), WAV instrumental audio, and ZIP segment archives. See Exporting for details.
Yes. You can upload videos directly (no YouTube account needed), edit captions, and download SRT files and audio tracks. YouTube integration is optional and only needed if you want to import from or push to YouTube.
Yes. You can invite collaborators to your workspace. All members share the same video library and credit balance. The number of collaborators depends on your plan.
Connect your YouTube channel under Workspace Settings → YouTube, then use the Upload to YouTube button on any completed language track. Neolli pushes captions and localized metadata (titles, descriptions). See the YouTube integration guide.
Yes. YouTube API rate limits require a 6-hour cooldown between uploads for the same video. If you see a cooldown message, wait and try again later.
Yes. Failed jobs are automatically refunded — no need to contact support. See A Job Failed for details on retrying.
The maximum upload file size is 3 GB. If your video is larger, consider compressing it or using a lower resolution for processing.
